How do I manage a control-device subscription?

Sign in with the Realer account that holds the control device's subscription. If you use or manage the resource, or own the device, but another account holds the subscription, ask that account's holder to manage it.

  1. Sign in with the account the subscription belongs to.
  2. If you own the device, open it from Control devices and select , when available. If your account is registered as a developer, you can also open your active subscriptions and select the device name.
  3. On the subscription page, choose the available action to change, cancel or reactivate it. Available actions depend on the subscription's state.

If the subscription belongs to you but you cannot find it through these paths, contact us.

If you are developing a new control device, register as a developer and follow the API-key guide to choose a plan. This requirement does not apply to managing or renewing an existing subscription billed to your account.

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, per control device. Prices exclude tax; checkout shows the total including applicable tax before payment.
